Week 4.3
Friday Round-up Week 4.3 (8th Mar '24)
Congratulations to Aaron and William who won the KS2 Achievement of the Week Award in assembly for their excellent Maths work this week.
This week we were the first class to use the new playground equipment. We used our imagination to create cars, dens, buses, towers and all sorts of stepping stone paths. We made a long 'marble run' out of tubes. Some of us kept it simple and just dived into a tube and got rolled around by our friends. It was great fun as you can see.
World Book Day on Thursday meant lots of reading activities as we relaxed in our 'Bedtime Reading clothes'. We had a visit form Mrs Snape and Mrs Muso who read to us. We also 'smashed' two book characters together to make a new story.
We completed our Science topic on the circulatory system and looked at volume, 2D and 3D shapes in Maths. We've begun researching our individual History topics and reviewed some more Shakespeare plays.
