Week 1.6
Friday Round-up Week 1:6 (11th Oct '24)
Congratulations to Anastasiia for winning the KS2 Achievement of the Week Award in Achievement Assembly. This was for her high quality presentation of her Geography writing about mountains, as you can see below.
Another busy week flies by......
Long division in Maths and mountain information texts in Geog and English were the main features. Discussions about what different religions believe about what happens after death and a start to our desert topic work were interesting side orders!
Two special mentions this week:
Wednesday was our harvest assembly and we must offer a huge THANK YOU to all those parents/carers who sent in food.
Thursday was Mental Health (Yellow) Day and again MANY THANKS to all those who contributed. In class, we spent some time doodling and listening to jazz just to 'chill out'.
