Week 1.6

Friday Round-up Autumn Week 1.6

A busy week filled with new learning about:

deserts and where they are in the World,

the practice of FGM and

information writing about Mountains.

We also managed to improve our negative number skills, complete a drawing assessment and research local projects/centres for helping refugees.

Here's what we thought about our week:

"I enjoyed writing about mountains because we don't often do non-fiction reports."

             Jayden

"I enjoyed the topic 'Mountains' because I got to know more about them. "

             Romani

"I really 'enjoyed' Thursday's RHEd lesson on FGM, it was quite deep but really interesting."

             Victoria

"I enjoyed doing work on negative numbers."

            Ellie-Jo

"Doing negative numbers with Mrs Skinner was fun."

            Jessica

"I liked doing my Black History homework; I studied Usain Bolt."

             Oreofe
